I was born in kaboloi village in the district of Pallisa with my twin sister Apio Lydia. My parents were unable to buy any land so we lived in a home provided by one of my Uncles. After two years my uncle forced us to move out. My family moved into two grass thatched houses on the churches property. There was no land to cultivate for food and both my parents were jobless. This increased the level of poverty in my family and we couldn't afford daily food and other basic requirements. I became malnourished.
